El Gobierno estadounidense ha acusado a Toyota de ocultar durante meses un defecto en sus vehículos que provocaba el atasco del pedal del acelerador y que finalmente obligó al fabricante japonés a llamar a la revisión de 2,3 millones de automóviles en Estados Unidos.
